Rule 36
Petition for Detention
(1) The following things should be clearly disclosed in the application form for direct detainee:-
(a) By whom, from when and under what circumstances was the prisoner imprisoned?
(b) Has the prisoner been deprived of food and water?
(c) In which place is the prisoner confined?
(d) Have you filed an application before or in any other court regarding Yuna? If so, what has been the result?
(2) The petition under sub-rule (1) must bear the signature of the prisoner. But if there is a reason why the prisoner is not able to print correctly, any other person can file a petition on his behalf.
