Rule 87A
The order of debate and the dignity of the court

(1) At the beginning of the argument, the legal practitioner appearing on behalf of the petitioner, plaintiff or appellant and then the legal practitioner of the defendant or the respondent shall argue.
(2) If there is an amicus curiae in a case, he shall argue on behalf of the plaintiff-defendant after the conclusion of the legal practitioner's arguments.
(3) If there is an application or appeal from both parties in a case, the bench will determine which party's legal practitioner will argue first.
(4) A legal practitioner shall maintain the dignity of the court while entering the courtroom, staying in the courtroom, arguing or leaving the courtroom.
