Rule 40
Public prosecutor's comments on debate
(1) The public prosecutor shall adhere to professional conduct while pleading the case and do so according to his discretion.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), no action shall be taken against him or a case shall be prosecuted on the basis of the fact that he has argued the case.
