(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 77, such road license should be renewed within fifteen days after the expiry date written in the road license.
(2) The vehicle owner, manager or the person assigned by them must submit an application to the authorized officer in the prescribed format for renewing the road license in accordance with sub-section (1).
(3) If an application for renewal is made as per sub-section (2), the authorized officer shall renew such road license for the next four months.
(4) From the vehicle owner who comes to renew the road license after the deadline as per sub-section (1) for one month after the expiry of the deadline, one hundred percent additional fee should be charged in addition to the renewal fee.
