Section 79
If you have to change the route
(1) If the public vehicle specified in the road license is to be used on any other road without the expiration of the period of the road license, the owner or manager of the vehicle must again apply for the road license in accordance with section 76 and obtain the road license.
(2) If an application is made as per sub-section (1), the authorized officer shall cancel the previously issued road license for such public vehicle and issue a new road license.
