(1) A Juvenile Court shall be formed in each district court by including a social worker, a child expert or a child psychologist in addition to the district judge.
(2) In a court having more than one District Judge, the District Judge appointed by the Chief Justice for the Juvenile Bench shall act as the Judge of the Juvenile Bench.
