In these regulations, unless the subject or the subject has a different meaning,–
(a) "Act" means the Children Act, 2048.
(b) "Juvenile Court" shall mean the Juvenile Court constituted as per sub-section (1) of section 55 of the Act.
(c) "Juvenile Court" shall mean a court constituted under sub-section (3) of section 55 of the Act.
(d) "Investigating and Investigating Officer" shall mean an officer empowered to investigate and investigate offenses as per Rule 3.
(e) "Indictment" means the indictment prepared in accordance with the Government Cases Act, 2049.
(f) "Organization" shall mean an organization registered in accordance with prevailing laws.
(g) "person or organization providing service" shall mean the person or organization listed under rule 21.
