Section 66
Offenses against children

(1) If any person commits any act of violence as per sub-section (2) or sexual abuse as per sub-section (3), he shall be considered to have committed an offense against children under this Act.
(2) Any person who commits any of the following acts on children shall be deemed to have committed violence against children:-
(a) Indulging in vices such as smoking, drinking or gambling, tas,
(b)   entering or causing to be used in places of entertainment open to adults such as dance bars, casinos,
(c)   showing films, other audio-visual material designated as intended for adults,
(d) inflicting physical or mental punishment or unrestrained behavior at home, school or any place,
(e)   causes physical injury or harm, terrorizes or threatens, disdains, neglects, discriminates, excludes or hates, isolates or causes mental anguish,
(f)   harassing, harassing,
using electronic or other means (g)   organizing for political purposes or using it in strikes, bandhs, sit-ins or processions,
(h)   Unlawful arrest, imprisonment, imprisonment or detention, nailing, handcuffing,
(i)  Cruel inhuman treatment or torture,
(j)   To cause to beg for alms or to assume the guise of an ascetic, monk, fakir or any other person except for sanatana, tradition or any religious or cultural function,
(k)   Forcibly declaring an orphan or registering as an orphan,
(l) offering or dedicating in the name of someone with a vow, religious or any other intention or causing any kind of violence, discrimination, harassment or exclusion or ridicule in the name of tradition, culture, customs,
(d) performing magic or circus acts,
(d)   teaching, training or engaging in any criminal act,
(n)   Arranging child marriages or marrying or causing children to be married,
(h) Removal of organs of children contrary to prevailing lawNe,
(h)   Using children for drug or any other tests,
(d) Detention of children in orphanages except in accordance with law.
(3) If anyone commits any of the following acts on a child, it shall be considered child sexual abuse:-
(a) displays or causes to be displayed obscene images, audio visuals or other similar material or displays expressions or gestures that suggest obscene and sexual conduct or behavior or displays or causes child pornography,
(b) distribute, store or use real or imaginary child pornography or audiovisual material,
(c) soliciting, luring, coercing or threatening sexual activity,
(d)   To use obscene acts and materials in manufacturing,
(e)   Touches, kisses, touches, hugs or causes to be touched or touched sensitive parts of the body of himself or anyone else with sexual intent or faints or exposes or causes to be done with sexual parts,
(f)   Using or causing minors to induce libido or sexual stimulation,
(g)  Using or causing children to obtain sexual gratification,
(h)   Exploit or cause child sexual exploitation,
(i) Using or causing children to be used for the purpose of providing sexual services,
(j) Using or causing children to be used for the purpose of sexual abuse,
(k)   To use in prostitution or other sexual acts.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (3), for the purpose of providing information and education, express anything through writing, speaking, gesture or display about words, pictures, audio, visual means and objects or materials related to sexual matters without revealing obscenity. Sexual abuse is considered to be sexual abuse if it is done in good faith or in the interests of health care or to prevent an accident or risk to a child.ain't
