Rule 59
Leave Officer
(1) The following leave may be approved by the following officer:- Type of Leave Approval Officer
(a) Head of office related to Bhaipari coming and festival holidays (b) Head of Home Leave related office
(c) Head of Sick Leave Related Office
(d) Head of office related to maternity leave
(D1) Head of the office related to maternity leave (e) Head of Office related to Kiriya Bida (f) Study Leave Government of Nepal
(g) Extraordinary leave Government of Nepal
(h) Head of the office concerned with leave of absence
(i) Head of the office related to additional service leave
(2) Other than the leave mentioned in clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of the authorized twelfth level employee, the ministry will approve the leave.
(3) Notwithstanding anything written in clause (a) of sub-rule (1), the head of the department and the head of the office may take vacation and holiday leave. But other leaves of the head of the office except clauses (f) and (g) will be approved by the head of the department.
