(1) The Attorney General may take the holidays mentioned in section 14 on his own, and other holidays should be approved by the Prime Minister.
(2) The information of the leave taken by the Attorney General in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be given to the Prime Minister and the Cabinet Office.
