Rule 107
Leave Granting Officer
Headmaster's Leave Management Committee Chairman and Teacher's leave will be granted by the Principal. However, the headmaster himself can take a holiday not exceeding three days at a time. If there is a need to take leave for more than that, the principal must inform the chairman of the management committee.
(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1), teacher's extraordinary leave, unpaid leave and study leave can be granted only by the District Education Officer on the recommendation of the Management Committee.
