Rule 139
Leave officer
: (1) If the head of the armed police office is to come to Bhaipari and have to take a holiday, he should get approval from the Taluk office.
(2) Armed police inspectors and officers of the higher rank of the office headed by the armed police inspectors and officers of the higher ranks shall be entitled to holiday leave, sick leave, work leave, maternity leave, maternity care leave and substitute leave and study leave to other armed police personnel. All other types of leave can be given by the head of the same office.
(3) Home leave for armed police inspectors and higher ranks of armed police personnel can be granted by the head of office one level above.
(4) The following officers may grant leave to the armed police personnel of the head office:-
(a) Inspector General of Armed Police and armed police personnel of higher rank shall be granted holiday leave, maternity leave, maternity leave, maternity leave, maternity leave and sick leave by the respective Head of Department or Head of Directorate and home leave by the Inspector General of Armed Police or the officer designated by him. ,
(b) All types of leave other than study leave to Armed Police personnel other than those mentioned in Clause (a) by the Head of the concerned Branch. (5) The Inspector General of Armed Police may come and stay on his own during holidays. Staying on other holidays should be approved by the government of Nepal.
(6) The study leave of Armed Police personnel will be approved by the Government of Nepal on the recommendation of the Inspector General of Armed Police.
