Rule 56
Sick leave
(1) A military person will get twelve days of sick leave with full pay every year.
(2) A military person will be allowed to save the sick leave he has accrued.
(3) If a military person is separated from his service for any reason other than being deemed ineligible for government service in the future, he will be entitled to a lump-sum payment of the amount due to his accumulated sick leave at the rate of salary that he has been removed from his position.
(4) If a military person dies before receiving the accrued sick leave amount, his immediate family will be entitled to receive the accrued leave amount as a lump sum.
