(1) In accordance with Article 119 of the Constitution of Nepal, the revenue and expenditure estimate submitted to the Federal Parliament every financial year shall include details of the purchases and guarantees given by the Government of Nepal in accordance with this Act.
(2) With the consent of the Government of Nepal, the statement of revenue and expenditure taken by the provincial government and the local level in accordance with this Act and the counter guarantee given by the Nepal Government in this regard shall be submitted by the provincial government to the Provincial Assembly in accordance with Article 207 of the Constitution and by the local level to the relevant Village Assembly or Municipal Assembly in accordance with Article 230 of the Constitution. should be included in the estimate.
