(1) The meeting of the council shall be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman of the council (2) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the Council are present, the quorum for the meeting of the Council shall be considered.
(3) The meeting of the Council shall be presided over by the Chairman of the Council and in his absence by the members present in the meeting, by a member chosen from among themselves.
(4) The opinion of the majority in the meeting of the Council shall be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting shall cast the deciding vote.
(5) The decision of the meeting of the council shall be verified by the member-secretary of the council.
(6) Other procedures related to the meeting of the council shall be as determined by the council itself.
