Act to provide for the procedure of conciliation

Preamble:

strong> Since it is desirable to make legal arrangements regarding the procedure of reconciliation to resolve the dispute through a quick, quick and simple process through reconciliation and to increase the access of the common people to justice by making the process of dispute resolution less expensive, to maintain the interests and convenience of the common people, the clause of Article 83 of the Interim Constitution of Nepal, 2063 According to (1), the Constituent Assembly has made this Act.
