Section 179
Bonus share
 (1) The company may issue bonus shares to its shareholders from the amount that can be distributed as dividend after passing a special resolution from the general meeting.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the company has to issue bonus shares, it must inform the office before issuing such shares.
