Section 39
Functions, Duties and Powers of the Board
: In addition to the functions, duties and powers written elsewhere in this Act, the functions, duties and powers of the Board shall be as follows:
(a) To study the international labor market and to search for new international labor markets,
(b) To collect, process and publish information for the promotion of foreign employment,
(c) Mobilizing the Foreign Employment Welfare Fund,
(d) To make the necessary actions related to the protection of the interests of the workers who have gone to foreign employment,
(e) Formulating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs for the benefit of the nation using the skills, capital and technology of the workers who have returned from abroad,
(f) To do the necessary work related to the labor agreement with different countries,
(g) Determine the qualification to register foreign employment orientation training institutions,
(h) Formulating and approving the foreign employment orientation training course,
(i) To make the foreign employment business safe, orderly and dignified and to protect the rights and interests of foreign employment workers and foreign employment professionals, formulate short-term and long-term policies and submit them to the Government of Nepal. (j) Study and make recommendations to the Government of Nepal regarding the implementation of the Foreign Employment Act (k) If there is a need to review the law related to foreign employment, review it and make suggestions to the Government of Nepal for necessary reforms,
(l) Advising the Government of Nepal regarding the determination of service charges and promotion expenses,
(d) Advising the Nepalese government to make necessary arrangements for bringing the income earned abroad by Nepalese workers into Nepal in a simple and easy way,
(d) If it is found that any work has been done by someone contrary to the law related to foreign employment, to send it in writing to the relevant agency for necessary action.
(n) To monitor the organization licensed to conduct foreign employment business,
(p) Permit to give orientation training and skill training andTo monitor the licensed organization,
(h) In the course of monitoring or monitoring according to clauses (h) and (h), if any act is found to be contrary to the Act or the rules made under this Act, to send a written report to the relevant agency for necessary action.
(D) To submit the annual report of the activities carried out before the Government of Nepal (D) To cause other work to be done as specified.
