(1) In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned elsewhere in this Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the Board shall be as follows
(a) Formulating and approving policies, strategies, plans, programs and budgets related to health insurance. (b) Determining Levels of Service,
(c) prescribing the method and rate of payment for services rendered,
(d) To decide the management, protection and safe investment policy of the fund (e) To submit the board's organizational structure and posts to the Ministry for approval (f) To monitor, regulate and evaluate the work of the service provider.
(G) To perform other tasks as specified.
(2) The board may delegate some of its powers to a member of the board or any authorized employee or local level as needed.
