Section 5
Work, Duties and Powers of the Board
The work, duties and powers of the Board shall be as follows:-
(a) Formulating or making policies related to investment,
(b) ) to choose competitive or priority areas from among the investment areas written in section 9, (c) call for proposals by selecting investment-worthy projects, evaluating proposals received, negotiating with investors, granting investment approval, proposers Making the agreement as specified,
(d) Monitoring or having the project constructed, implemented or operated as per the agreement regarding investment,
(e) Determining economic or non-economic facilities
However, when such facilities are provided, procedures must be prepared and made available based on certain criteria.
