(1) The Board shall have a separate fund.
(2) The funds of the Board shall not include the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Funds received from any foreign government or international organization,
(c) amount received for consultancy services related to tea and coffee cultivation and processing,
(d) Amount received from service charge (cess) levied on tea and coffee,
(e) Amount received from other sources.
(3) Prior approval of the Government of Nepal should be obtained when taking grant funds from any foreign government or international organization (4) All funds received by the Board shall be deposited in any commercial bank within Nepal.
(5) All expenses to be incurred by the Board shall be met from the fund under sub-section (1).
