: (1) Meetings of the Board shall be held as required.
(2) The meeting of the board will be held on the date, time and place specified by the chairman.
(3) If more than fifty percent of the total number of members of the board are present, the quorum for the meeting of the board will be considered.
(4) The meeting of the board will be presided over by the chairman and in his absence, a member chosen by the members present from among themselves will preside over the meeting.
(5) In the meeting of the board, the opinion of the majority will be valid and in case of equality of votes, the person presiding over the meeting will give the deciding vote.
(6) The decision of the board will be certified by the member-secretary of the board.
(7) If the board deems it necessary, it may invite the experts of the related subject to participate in the meeting of the board as observers.
(8) Other procedures related to the meeting of the Board shall be as determined by the Board itself.
