Rule 78
Provisions relating to admission

(1) The student must submit the following complete certificate for admission to the school:-
(a) Certificate of passing Class V examination for admission to Class VI,
(b)Certificate of passing the final examination of lower secondary level for admission to Class IX,
(c) Marks of annual examination and transfer certificate issued by the school for admission to other classes.
(2) The school shall not admit students in the middle of the academic session or who have not passed the annual examination, even if they bring a transfer certificate to a class higher than the class they are studying.
(3) A student enrolled in one level of the school does not have to enroll in another class of the same school again.
(4) Students should usually bring their parents with them when they come to school for the first time.
(5) For the purpose of free education, the school, while enrolling students, must request the name, address, immovable property and estimated income of the unmarried person.
(6) Those who have not completed five years of age will not be admitted to a class and those who have not completed fourteen years of age by the middle of the Chaitra of the year in which they will appear in the examination will not be included in the secondary education passing examination.
