: (1) The service provider shall enter the claim through the insurance management information system when claiming payment of the amount as per section 11 of the Act.
(2) The Board shall evaluate the claim amount entered in accordance with sub-rule (1). (3) According to sub-rule (2), within fifteen days of completing the assessment work, the claim amount shall be paid to the service provider through the banking system and the information thereof shall be given to the relevant service provider through the insurance management information system.
(4) The rate and method of payment of various facilities flowing from the service provider shall be as prescribed by the Board from time to time.
(5) If the service provider renders services contrary to the rules, the Board shall not be bound to pay the amount for such services.
(6) Other arrangements related to payment shall be in accordance with the procedures made by the Board.
