Rule 8
Manner of contracting land tax
When contracting land tax, the administrator shall contract according to the following method:-
(a) In the case of "A" category commercial land, the cash consideration given to the ex-participant in accordance with the same. But in the case of the land where Virtawal has given some pipes to mine, if a red seal is submitted that says that he got it by eating the red seal on the receipt of the Virtawal, then according to that and if there is no such red seal or if it is not submitted, land tax will be levied in the same way as for the "B" category sale.
(b) According to the land parcel of the same type of land in category "B" market land. But–
(1) Sub-rule of Rule 6 if the variety is not opened on the Rakar land of Andha Based on the type established as per (1), the land tax will be paid in cash according to the current rate of the plaintiff.
(2) If there is a commodity in the raker of Antha, the cash value of the local commodity price of that district will be deducted and the same cash value will be fixed and the land tax value will be fixed.
