(1) The watershed protection officer may prohibit any work on the land under section 4 of the Act and the land surrounding such land in such a way that no work may be done that may cause soil erosion or soil erosion. Details of land boundaries and prohibited works should also be posted in the office of the concerned village development committee or municipality and district development committee for the information of the general public.
