Rule 48
Bhaipari coming and festival holidays
(1) Employees will be allowed to take six days of holiday and six days of festival leave in total twelve days each year.
(2) Employees who come on holiday and stay on festival leave will get full salary.
(3) Half a day can also be taken for holidays and festival holidays. Explanation:- For the purpose of this sub-rule, "half day" means half of the daily office hours.
(4) One year's holiday and festival leave cannot be accumulated and taken in the next year.
(5) On the basis of a verbal request, the leave granting officer may also grant permission for holiday and festival leave. But in this way, for giving permission for Bhaipari to come and leave for the festival, the officer who gives the leave should keep a record of the same.
