Rule 6
Complaints of corruption

(1) A person who wants to file a complaint on corruption related matters can present or send such a complaint to the Commission by himself or by any other means.
(2) When filing a complaint in accordance with sub-rule (1), the complaint shall disclose the following matters to the best of their knowledge:-
(a) If a person holding a public office has committed corruption, the full name, surname, nationality, rank, office and if there is any other person involved in such act, his name, surname and nationality,
(b) Facts about corruption,
(c) date of commission of corruption and date of knowledge thereof,
(d) evidences or particulars relating to corruption,
(e) If you want to keep your name confidential, how to do it.
(3) If someone files a complaint under sub-rule (1) keeping his name and address confidential, the Commission may proceed with the corruption investigation based on such complaint.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the Commission shall not be deemed to prevent the Commission from accepting corruption-related matters published in any newspaper or publication as notices or complaints.
