(1) Candidates or election representatives may appoint a number of vote counting representatives as determined by the election officer for work related to vote counting. (2) A person whose name is in the last voter list of a rural municipality or municipality ward under the relevant constituency and who knows how to read and write can be appointed as a vote counting representative. (3) ) The term of office of the counting representative shall continue until the announcement of the election results, unless the candidate or the election representative cancels it beforehand.
