(1) If a name is omitted from the voter list published in accordance with rule 5, the person concerned shall submit an application to the election officer's office within the time period specified in the election program to include his name in the voter list. The proof that he has been elected or nominated as a member or member of the Provincial Assembly must also be submitted. (3) If during the examination of the application submitted in accordance with sub-rule (1) the election officer should include his name in the voter's list if it is found to be a misdemeanor.
