Rule 29
How to vote
(1) After taking the ballot paper, the voter shall go to the secret place of voting and vote for the first-past-the-post election system, in the room with the election mark for one of the candidates of his choice on the ballot paper, and for the election of the proportional election system, for the party of his choice. In the room with the election mark set aside for that, the voter shall mark the swastika ( ) provided by the Commission. (3) Only one voter will be allowed to enter the secret voting place at a time. If the polling officer deems it necessary, he may inspect the secret place and send out the voters there. (5) If a voter decides not to vote after receiving the ballot paper, he shall return the ballot paper to the polling officer. If it is returned, the polling officer shall record it and keep such ballot paper sealed separately.
