Rule 21
Voting Representative
(1) A candidate or an election representative may appoint a polling representative for work related to voting in an election. (2) According to rule 10, a person whose name is included in the final voter list and who knows how to read and write can be appointed as a polling representative. (3) According to sub-rule (2). The information about the appointment of the polling representative must be given to the relevant polling officer. (4) The polling officer must give an identity card to the polling representative. (5) It will be the duty of the polling representative to assist in completing the polling work in a peaceful manner and to stamp on the vouchers to be prepared for voting.
