(1) The Election Officer shall collect the ballot papers provided by the Commission. In this way, while collecting the ballot paper, it should be checked whether the ballot paper has been printed in the format prescribed by the Commission, and whether or not the names of all the candidates and the serial number on the bottom of the ballot paper have been clearly mentioned in each ballot paper. , if it is found that the name of a candidate is omitted, repeated, the serial number is not mentioned on the bottom of the ballot or there is any other technical error, the election officer shall separate such ballot and keep it.
