(1) The consumer organization shall set up and deposit a separate fund for the maintenance work of irrigation system and structure so that it does not decrease to ninety percent of the service fee and other income.
(2) At least ninety percent of the amount under sub-rule (1) shall be allocated for the maintenance of canals, branch canals and branch canals.
