(1) For the purposes of sub-section (1) of section 93 of the Act, if mentioned in Schedule-1, there will be a separate group for compliance with the Legislature-Parliament Service of Wamojim.
(2) The position, level or rank of the dignitaries in the dignitary group as per sub-rule (1) shall be as specified in Schedule-2.
(3) The minimum educational qualification required for appointment to the post of dignitaries in the dignitary group as per sub-rule (1) shall be as specified in Schedule-4.
(4) If there is a need to change or cancel the permanent position in the dignity compliance group as per sub-rule (1), the Secretary General shall consult with the Secretary and the Secretary of the Secretariat, prepare a statement with the clear reasons and justification thereof and submit it to the committee for the necessary decision with the consent of the Ministry of Finance. However, if there is no additional financial liability when changing the organizational structure, it will be sufficient to inform the Ministry of Finance.
