(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, if an industry or firm is registered to be solely owned by women entrepreneurs, there will be a thirty-five percent discount on the duties or fees charged as per the law when registering such an industry or firm.
(2) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, there will be a 20 percent discount on the fee charged according to the prevailing law when registering industrial property to be used in a registered industry to be owned only by women entrepreneurs.
(3) If a woman entrepreneur wants to establish a new industry within an industrial area or industrial village, the agency managing such area shall give priority to providing space.
(4) If an industry owned only by a woman entrepreneur requests a loan for the purpose of exporting its industrial products, based on the financial status of the woman entrepreneur's business, an export loan can be provided through the banking system from the fund that provides loans to women entrepreneurs.
