Section 32
To recover the amount due as mentioned above
(1) The chief district officer shall collect the amount to be paid as mentioned in this paragraph in accordance with the existing law on collection of fines.
(2) All rupees paid or collected under section 30 shall be given by the chief district officer to the person entitled to it under that section.
