(1) In relation to any educational degree and certificate recognized in accordance with section 21, considering the details received from the relevant educational institution in accordance with section 22 or the report received in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 23, the curriculum, admission conditions and examination management system determined by such educational institution If it feels that it is not suitable and sufficient, the council will submit its report to the Government of Nepal.
(2) After receiving the report of the council according to sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal may request an explanation from the relevant organization.
(3) In relation to the explanation received from the relevant educational institution as requested in accordance with sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal shall consider and investigate any other matter in relation to that, and on the basis of the necessary investigation, the Government of Nepal shall, on the basis of that, provide any information provided by such educational institution after a specific date. The council may give necessary instructions to remove the recognition of educational degrees and certificates.
(4) According to sub-section (3), the Council will make necessary decisions based on the instructions given by the Government of Nepal.
(5) According to sub-section (4), in case of a decision to remove the recognition of any academic degree or certificate, the notice thereof shall be published in the Nepal Gazette.
