- Even within the deadline as per Section 13, the land registry office will prepare the prescribed Fantari of the land that has not been registered by the end of  Ashad. If the government office or local level has picked up the cargo, such a parcel must be prepared by the government office or local level and sent to the cargo office within that period. If the remaining land is to be auctioned according to the Fantwari, the land office will publish a notice in the designated places by the end of Ashwin.
