(1) Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, in relation to the dispute as per sub-section (3) or (4) of section 3, the relevant party shall implement such settlement agreement within forty-five days from the date of settlement agreement in accordance with this Act.
(2) If the relevant party does not implement the agreement as per sub-section (1) within the period as per sub-section (1), the relevant party may submit an application to the relevant body for the implementation of the agreement.
(3) If an application is received in accordance with sub-section (2), such body shall execute such agreement in accordance with the prevailing law.
