Rule 121
Obtaining Missile or Document
After receiving the petition as per Rule 119, the Duplicate Branch shall request the Missile or Document mentioned in the application form from the branch head of the concerned branch and if the requested Missile or Document is found by the Head of the concerned branch, then the said Missile or Document is not found. The reply should be sent immediately to the duplicate branch.
