Rule 102
Permission to be obtained for missile or written inspection
(1) A person who wants to inspect any document or document of the court shall submit an application to the concerned registrar in the format as per Schedule-16 along with the fee as per Schedule-3 between eleven o'clock and one o'clock in the day.
(2) When examining the application received in accordance with sub-rule (1), if the relevant registrar finds that the application is inappropriate, the concerned registrar will grant permission to inspect the letter or document as per the request of the applicant.
