Rule 149
Giving information about missiles
In case of any application for information related to a mobile or intercepted missile, the officer in charge of the missile in the case of a mobile missile and the custodian of records in the case of an intercepted missile should inform the applicant of the matter in accordance with the law with the permission of the registrar or the officer designated by him.
