Rule 7
Chief Registrar
(1) Under the general direction and control of the Chief Justice, the Chief Registrar shall act as the administrative head of the court.
(2) Subject to the prevailing law and these regulations, the seals, records, writings, movable and immovable property of the court shall be under the charge of the Chief Registrar.
