(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rule (1): before the sitting of the court on the day on which the case is brought, if the court shows any reason why the court believes that he is unable to attend the hearing due to circumstances beyond his control, on application by a party to the case or by a legal practitioner, The hearing of the case can be adjourned for a maximum of two times. (3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (2), the trial of a case exceeding one year, a case involving more than one legal practitioner on one side, or a pending case cannot be adjourned.
(4) In accordance with sub-rule (2), the petition for adjournment of the case shall be registered and attached to the petition before the sitting of the court on the day of presentation of the case.
