Rule 80
Payment of litigation expenses and compensation
In connection with the payment of expenses and compensation in the case, it should be done as follows:-
(a) If any act mentions the procedure and procedure for payment of costs and compensation to the party aggrieved by a party to the case, it shall be done accordingly.
(b) Regarding the payment of expenses incurred in the case, if the procedure is not mentioned as written in clause (a), the amount paid by the winning party in the case, fees, fees according to the legal practitioner's bill, fees of experts or experts, including the actual expenses incurred in the case should be paid by the court. After determining the costs, the losing party will be able to pay the costs.
(c) Regarding the payment of compensation in the case, if the procedure is not mentioned as written in section (a), then the nature of the case, the actual damage incurred, the interest and market value at the time of payment of the compensation and others? The behavior of the party before the court will also be considered as a basis.
(d) In order to determine the amount of compensation according to Clause (c), if the court deems it necessary, the experts of the subject related to the case or other firms, companies or commercial organizations engaged in the same business may be consulted.
