(1) In accordance with this regulation, the joint bench or the full bench has raised any complex legal question or the decision is different and the case has been ordered to be submitted to the full bench or the full bench to maintain consistency in interpretation, and it is not considered necessary to decide on the legal question raised by the joint bench or the full bench or If the decision is not different, the full bench or the larger full bench may mention the same and send the case back to the joint or full bench with an order.
(2) In the case where the joint or full bench raises any complex legal question and orders it to be submitted to the full bench or the full bench in accordance with this regulation, the full bench or the full bench may decide on other questions or matters in addition to the question on which the case was submitted for decision. The case can be finally settled by making a decision.
