: (1) Except for the offenses related to Clause (a) of section 4, the authority to hear cases related to other offenses under this Act shall be the court constituted or designated by the Government of Nepal by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
(2) The court as per sub-section (1) shall use the procedures and powers as per the Special Courts Act, 2031 while proceeding and disposing of cases under this Act.
(3) A person who is not satisfied with the judgment or final order passed by the court under sub-section (1) may appeal to the High Court.
