Section 56
Officer to hear the case and hear the appeal
: (1) The district court shall have the right to initiate and dispose of the case in which the offense is determined according to this Act.
(2) The party who is not satisfied with the decision made by the district court in accordance with sub-section (1) may appeal to the High Court.
