: (1) The investigation inspection officer shall conduct the investigation of the case related to the offense punishable under this Act. In connection with the investigation of the case, the inspection officer can take necessary assistance from the concerned district police office.
(2) According to sub-section (1), a case shall be filed in the relevant district court within thirty-five days from the date of completion of the investigation.
(3) According to sub-section (1), the inspection officer shall take the opinion of the public prosecutor when filing a case.
(4) The defense of the case filed by the inspection officer in accordance with this Act shall be by the government lawyer.
